Below are all the essentials about staying with Native, answering your questions to help you settling into your original stay with ease.

What are the nearby attractions?

How far is the apart hotel from public transport?

All our Aparthotels and apartments are in the heart of the city’s action, but with rooms tucked away to give you some calm and quiet. You’re just a short walk from buses, undergrounds, metros, trams, you name it. Staying connected to the city has never been easier. Need more info? Ask our front-of-house team.

Are there restaurants nearby?

DINING OUT.

Each Native site and our people are a fixture in the community. So when you ask us for the best place to eat, see, and meet, you get specifics, stories, and secrets. You’ll know the best deli & café, pub or easy restaurant in no-time. Helping you live like a local.

Are there on-site dining in options?

DINING IN.

Cook and entertain when you want in your own apartment or favorite dishes delivered right to our reception via your go-to delivery app. Head downstairs and dine with us at our in-house at Counter Café Bar & Courtyard (Native King’s Wardrobe).

Is parking available?

PARKING.

We’ve got you covered with nearby parking at all our Aparthotels and apartments, and some even have on-site parking (like Native King’s Wardrobe and Manchester). Fees apply.

Are pets allowed?

PETS.

Your best friend should never be left behind. Four-legged friends are more than welcome with a few conditions:
12 kg maximum weight (no lions)
It’s £25 per day per pet
Additional fees apply should my pet cause any damage to the property.

Is there gym access?

FITNESS.

Staying active has never been so easy. Get your gear on & head to one of our onsite gyms (Bankside) or step out to our nearby gym facilities (fees apply). If that’s not your thing lace up, find your pace and explore our city on a run.

Are there laundry facilities on-site?

LAUNDRY.

We provide all the comforts of home, including fully integrated washer-dryers in your apartment or access to shared laundry rooms. Dry cleaning and other services are also available

Is WIFI available?

WIFI.

Absolutely Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments, and yes, it’s FREE!

Is there a kitchen in the apartment?

KITCHENS.

All of our apartments and most rooms in our aparthotels, come with fully equipped kitchens, with everything where you’d expect it to be. If you need a hand using any of the appliances, you’ll find a QR code in your apartment linking to our appliance guides, which show you how everything works. Rooms without kitchens are clearly marked at the time of booking and still include tea and coffee-making facilities for your convenience.

Are housekeeping services provided?

HOUSEKEEPING.

We’re keen on green here & don’t clean rooms everyday. Staying for a while? We’ll pop in for a weekly clean your room.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

MINIMUM STAY.

There’s no minimum stay at Native Aparthotels, you stay for as short or as long as you like and help connect you to cities and its communities, fast. Whilst the minimum length of stay for our apartments varies.

What is the cancellation policy?

Need to check in early? This can be requested via the Numa app and we’ll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on availability.
